The past two years have not been easy, but I am heartened by the generosity of our community.

I am so grateful to our alumni, faculty, staff, students and friends for coming together and supporting one another throughout the pandemic.

The spring issue of Giving Power pays tribute to your generous support. The dedication of our community is truly remarkable, and I am inspired by the stories and the impact of your commitment to Dalhousie.

You have helped ensure that the university is ready to fulfill our Third Century Promise of providing exceptional student experiences, inclusive excellence, high-impact research, being a civic university with a global impact, and creating a foundation for inclusion and distinction.
